ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimated and begin once your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed. Estimated delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal shipping volume.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We currently ship within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Nasara is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nasara is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect address information may be subject to additional shipping fees.
